Exhibitor packages
Our stand allocation is expected to begin in April, so please register for your stand space as soon as possible so that we can take your preferred location into account!You can choose from several options for stand registration:
In addition to the low-cost square metre packages listed below or the table packages, which offer good positioning within our hall layout and already include the most important elements for easy calculation, we also offer space for free planning.
Would you like to develop your own stand concept with your team, separate from our packages? Then book your floor online without stand construction and let your creativity run wild. You can of course book additional services afterwards!
With an expandable table package, up to 10 areas of 4m² each can be lined up next to each other, with a stand depth of 2m in each case!
Book your table package for €1,095 plus VAT. per package.
Please note:Tablecloths or similar coverings or decorative elements are not provided. Exhibitor catering or party tickets as well as additional furniture can be ordered for a fee from the Online Service Centre (OSC).
The table package already includes:
€2,800 plus VAT.
€3,650 plus VAT.
€6,500 plus VAT.
Once you have been approved, you will receive your login details for the Online Service Centre: log in and book the services you require! You can also order exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets there for a fee.
